These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the cleaning services provided by Clean State Co Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”). By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services
We provide both residential and commercial cleaning services. The specific scope and details of each service will be outlined at the time of booking.
Booking and Payment
• A deposit is required to confirm all bookings.
• Residential services: £30 deposit
• Commercial services: 30% of the quoted service price
• The remaining balance is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Accepted payment methods include card, bank transfer, or other options communicated directly.
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid losing your deposit.
• Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment.
• If cancelled with sufficient notice, your deposit may be transferred to a future booking.
Liability
• We are fully insured for the services we provide.
• We are not responsible for:
• Pre-existing damage to property
• Undisclosed hazardous or delicate conditions
• Any damage or service-related claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
