Refund Eligibility

 

To be eligible for a refund:

    •    You must notify us of any service issues within 48 hours of your appointment.

    •    A complimentary re-clean will be offered where appropriate.

    •    Refunds will only be considered after the re-clean option has been provided and completed.

 

Non-Refundable Situations

 

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

    •    Cancellations made outside of the agreed cancellation policy

    •    Dissatisfaction without a formal complaint submitted within 48 hours of the service

 

Refund Process

 

If a refund is approved:

    •    It will be issued to your original method of payment

    •    Processing may take 7–10 business days
